Agile Overview session is designed to give a million feet overview of Agile and Lean thinking process. If your organization is exploring ways to improve your software development process, this session might introduce you to some concepts that can help serve your current needs.

During this session we'll highlight some core difference between a tradition software development process and an agile process. We'll achieve this through simulation, discussion and sharing first hand experiences. There are lots of myths about Agile that exist out there and this session will help clarify some of those as well. At the end of this session, you might be able to compare your current process and see how you might want to adapt that to be more agile.
